Every month we shoot for trade magazine ‘Entree’ a series of promotional items and new trends in the hospitality industry. This edition was all about to what extent is the profession of a barista and bartender the same? Are these 2 worlds increasingly merging into one?

One of those interviews was with Mads Voorhoeven (Best Bartender) and Rob Clarijs (Best Barista) who showed the differences in their profession and made a coffee cocktail together. It was cool to put the men against each other!
